The process water contains media and metal abrasion and often also oil after usage in the vibratory finishing process. Regardless of re-using the water in the process or draining it off, it will have to be cleaned. For letting the water go to drain, the contaminant content (CSB, metals) has to be reduc
For fully automatic flocculation systems (GA.., DO..), liquid flocculants are recommended, which are easy to dose:
- LAC cancels the effect of tensides and forms micro-flakes
- F enlarges the flakes and purifies the water
In manual flocculation systems, powder simplifies the handling:
- ESM specially suited for oil-containing water
- ESB more economic, for oil-free water
Compound | Type | Effect |
Liquid
| LAC | removes the effect of the tensides and forms micro-flakes |
F | enlarges the flakes and cleans the water | |
Powder
| ESM | espescially for effluents which contain oil |
ESB | less powder consumption for effluent containing no oil |
