Continuous flow deburring
Trowal continuous machines of the model range MC are especially designed for the continuous processing in one cycle with cycle feeding of the work pieces.
For delicate work pieces!
MC machines are mainly used for slight deburring and degreasing of small to mid-size, relatively delicate work pieces.
The processing channel with a length of up to 25 m permits high work piece travel times, so that impingements are avoided even with short loading cycle times.
Advantages
Trowalizing in continuous operation with continuous loading of the work pieces offers considerable advantages compared to the batch operation:
- Easy integration of the mass finishing process into continuous manufacturing processes (flow or cycle production)
- Little time exposure for automation of mass finishing processes
- Little time exposure for material-handling, since in most cases no batching of work pieces is
required
