Trowal machine is economically not justified. The mini barrel E 5 frequently can offer optimal solutions for fine deburring and grinding problems, especially for small precision machined and optical parts.

Functional principle

The rotation of the double cone barrel induces an intensive, controlled and uniform movement of the mix of parts and grinding or polishing media.

Technical characteristics

• Drive: Barrel positioned on rollers driven by electric motor with infinitely adjustable gear drive

• Protective cover with safety switch

• Machine base made from sheet metal with 4 supports, 1 drive roller and one idling roller with

lockable rings for positioning the barrels on the rollers

• Barrels made from polyurethane with water-tight lid

• Addition of 2 extra barrels with elastic coupling and machine base extension with rollers.
