Functional principle

The induced vibration generates a gentle rolling movement of parts and drying medium.
The moisture on the parts is absorbed by the heated drying medium.
The constant relative movement between parts and medium has not only a drying, but also a polishing effect on the parts.

Technical features

- Helically shaped work channel without built-in ramp
  allows gentle component movement.
- Rubber-lined in feed chute built into outer wall of the
  work bowl facilitates the loading of finished
  components coming from the machine(s).
- Infinitely adjustable heating system with extremely
  heating performance.
- Heating system with replaceable heating rods which 
  are mounted in the non-vibrating machine base.
- Integrated screening device allows batch a
  continuous process.

Special equipment

-  Pneumatically activated screening device facilitates the linking
   with production stages prior to and after drying.
- Dust cover with integrated suction fan and dust collector.
- For drying of extremely delicate components, the work channel
  can be lined with polyurethane. In this case, the drying process
  takes place with a hot air blower mounted at the top of the work
  bowl.
- Drying of work pieces with hot air only (without drying media).
