Parts handling

For the handling of parts, a multitude of hoppers, transport systems and loading / unloading devices are available. These are specially designed to the customer's requirements.

Lift / tip devices

The Trowal program offers a modular system for different
- sizes of parts bins
- weights and
- unload heights

Vibratory hopper

For the controlled loading of work pieces into the vibrator and the intermediate storage of finished parts,  e.g. with the double batch processing system.

Conveyor belts

For storage of work pieces before or after the finishing process as well as for the transport of work pieces.

Roller conveyor transport systems

For intermediate "parking" of work piece bins before or after the finishing process. Indispensable for fully automatic "ghost shift"-operation.
