Separation systems

If the integrated screening device is not sufficient (i.e. if chips and components have almost the same size, or if no mixture of parts is allowed), external screening systems are used.
 

Magnetic separators

If ferrous work pieces and grinding or polishing media have a similar size, they can be separated magnetically. Magnetic separators are also used to transport the work pieces from the finishing machine to the drier.
