Process water technology

It won't work without process water

The use of water and compound is essential in the vibratory mass finishing process. During the finishing operation, the process liquor is polluted with fines from the media, metal fines and oil.

Because of this, the process water should be cleaned before going to drain or being re-cycled back to the finishing machine.

Centrifuges

With the centrifugal technology, solid matters are separated from the processing water with a gravitational acceleration of 2000 G. Each trowal centrifuge is a complete system for the cleaning of the processing water.

Flocculation plants

Solid as well as most hazardous matters contained in the waste water, i.e. dissolved metals, are removed from the water by means of flocculation, which are then going to drain.
