Of course, you also have our full support when it comes to installing spare parts, equipment overhauls and extensive equipment repairs. Besides the free-of-charge phone consultation we have many other means of assisting you with your equipment.



Our team of service engineers stands ready to support you on short notice at your site. The scheduling of all service calls is done at our main office and always reflects the urgency of your service requirements. Of course, occasional waiting times cannot be completely prevented with one important exception: Equipment failures have absolute priority.

Our service engineers have a wealth of experience and are well trained and equipped for any on-site service calls. They participate in regular technical and safety training programs, and it goes without saying that they are equipped with the latest electronic equipment allowing them to diagnose problems on site and communicate with our main office in Haan, Germany. We strongly believe that a highly qualified field service team provides the best customer support.



Occasionally, an on-site repair might be too costly or, for various reasons, not possible at all. In these cases you can send your equipment to our repair shop at our main plant in Haan where a team of skilled employees with decades of experience will handle your equipment repairs. Customers who have to replace a vibratory motor or an imbalance unit, but do not have adequate lifting equipment at their premises, are frequently using our central repair service.
