Removal of oil from work pieces

During stamping, sewing, transforming etc, greases (in most cases on mineral oil basis) are used to cool the process. These cooling lubricants have, in many cases, to be removed before further processing of the work pieces. Normally, this is carried out in degreasing baths.

Simultaneous grinding and degreasing

In Trowal machines, the degreasing action can be carried out together with other finishing process, such as deburring or edge rounding. Trowal machines are most often also suitable for the cleaning of work pieces.
