Decorative and functional surfaces significantly increase the quality rating of products of all kinds.
Metal parts can obtain abrasion resistance, with slip-proof, nice to handle, tactile and beautiful aesthetic finishes with either a bright or matt finished appearance.
After coating, plastic parts look authentically like metal parts. Fancy lacquers, functional lacquers, environmental protective lacquers ( without solvents ) as well as 1 and 2 component special lacquers are the basis of the process.

The coating process for mass produced parts is carried out in an encapsulated system, within a rotary drum, using modern industrial control techniques.
