Rotamat
The type-oriented modular system and the computer-controlled ROTAMAT do not only cover the classic ranges of application such as  decorative coating and application of bonding and anti-corrosion agent. Also coating for electrical insulation and application of antiblocking agents are carried out with striking success.

The coating of the parts takes place in a rotating drum protected by a sheet metal housing. The lacquer is sprayed onto the parts with a precision spray gun. For quick drying of the parts the pre-filtered inlet air is heated up to 150°C. The exhaust air is removed from the drum with a strong suction fan. The drum can be tilted for easy removal of the parts.
