The rotating drum
- The elliptical drum shape ensures optimum rotation and rolling of
   the parts
- The rolling behaviour of the bulk parts can be influenced by infinite
changing of the inclination of the drum and/or the speed.
- The drum can easily be dismounted

The spraying system

- A minimum of spraying mist prevents loss of  lacquer
- Prevention of odour through
   - operation under negative pressure
   - direct pressure relieve of the pressure vessl in the
     exhaust air duct
- Controlled coating results through
  - PLC controlled spray quantities
  - PLC controlled wide angle or round spray patter

Inlet and exhaust air system
- Premature drying is prevented by the hot air entering the drum
  below the spray pattern
- Turbulence-free entry of the inlet air

Cleaning of the drum
The use of special grinding and polishing chips from Walther Trowal allows easy and gentle cleaning of the rotating drum.

Controls

- Reproducible results are obtained by SPS controlled processing
parameters, such as quantity of air, temperature of air, spray rate,
  RPM of drum
- Recipe administration
- Visualisation with report edition batch protocol (automobile industry)
- Tele-service
- Tele-maintenance via modem
