Before they can be reassembled, machine components that have been disassembled in maintenance and repair shops, must be thoroughly cleaned. Even the tiniest dirt particles – for example, in engines – can cause disastrous product failures.
We are using special compounds that are completely dissolving any grease or oil. The cleaning effect is particularly pronounced, because the constant “rubbing” of the media against the work pieces generates an intensive contact of the degreasing/de-oiling compound with the work piece surface. In addition, the media also generate a mechanical cleaning effect.
