Spare parts

At Walther Trowal, we source every spare part, even for machines that have been in service for over 50 years. For new machines, 90 per cent of spare parts are held directly in stock, ensuring a high level of availability for your Trowal machines.

Repairs

With our highly trained service engineers and flexible support, whether by telephone or on site, we at Walther Trowal ensure that your production gets back up and running quickly.

Electrical and electronic

Even if electronic components are faulty or no longer available, we’ll provide you with prompt assistance to ensure your production runs smoothly.

Process engineering

If processes stop working, this can be down to even minor changes in the production chain. We offer advice and support to ensure your production operations deliver the desired results once again – either over the phone or on site.

Replacement bowls

With our Walther Trowal replacement bowls, you can minimise downtime and work with bowls that are as good as new – for the entire service life of the machine. Not only do you benefit from the standard warranty on our Puralon lining, but – unlike with other suppliers – you also receive a warranty on the steel structure.

Wastewater service

We can help you dispose of the vibratory finishing slurry from your water treatment process by taking it back and recycling it for you in accordance with best practice.

Service Contracts

Our Walther Trowal Service Contracts provide planning certainty and help you to keep a reliable track of your maintenance and inspection obligations. Fixed service packages, machine-specific schedules and the early detection of faults enable you to effectively prevent downtime and achieve high system availability.

Retrofits

With our Retrofits (some of which involve pre-assembled conversion kits), we bring older systems back up to a standard that ensures the availability of spare parts and, consequently, their longevity. This allows you to continue to ensure the reliability of your machine without having to invest in a new system.
