This is our spare parts policy at Walther Trowal, as it is not uncommon for our machines to remain in service for 50 years or more. Even your older circular vibratory finishing machines, barrels or Drag finishing systems must be back up and running quickly in the event of a faulty part.
For newer-generation machines, we always have 90 per cent of spare parts in stock. For machines that are 10 years old or older, 60 per cent of parts are available for immediate delivery. And even if we do not have a spare part in stock, it can usually be sourced or remanufactured within a few days to ensure your Trowal machine continues to run for many years to come.
If replacing a part is no longer an option, it is possible to get the system back up and running through Retrofits.
