Built-in dryers

After vibratory finishing, the workpieces are usually coated with the compound. For this reason, our dryers are an integral part of the vibratory finishing process and are incorporated into the systems.

Clean and dry

Dryers for brilliant results

We use two different methods for drying the workpieces:

In the vibratory dryers or drum dryers, heated granules – environmentally friendly maize or nut meal – or wood cubes absorb the moisture and any impurities that may still be adhering to the workpieces.

All granules are made from natural, renewable raw materials. The particle size is optimised for the vibratory finishing process and is subject to our strict quality control. An added bonus: as well as drying, the relative movement between the workpieces and the medium also polishes the workpieces.

In the belt dryers, parts that are not suitable for a granulate dryer are gently dried with hot air as they pass through.

G vibratory dryer

As in a circular vibratory finishing machine, the workpieces are gently tumbled in the working chamber with the heated drying medium. The vibratory dryers are suitable for both batch and continuous operation.

DLT drum dryer

The workpieces are fed in at one end and travel through the perforated, slowly rotating Barrel, surrounded by the heated granulate.

BF-HL belt dryer

For workpieces that are not suitable for granulate drying, the BF-HL dryers have proven their worth. The parts are placed on a wire mesh belt, travel through the dryer on it, and are dried there with hot air.
