We usually have electronic components for your new system in stock. However, as our Walther Trowal machines often remain in operation for over 50 years, we need to be able to replace these components quickly in the event of a fault.
Even when parts were no longer available, our specialist department has always been able to find replacements in the past.
Our telephone support service also offers rapid assistance with any electrical or electronic problems. Usually, a single phone call is all it takes to help you, as we can access information relevant to your situation directly over the phone and pass it on to you – for example, in the case of error messages from PLCs.

It’s that easy to find the right electrical component
Please complete the contact form, stating the circuit diagram number. You will find this on the type plate for control cabinets. If the plate is no longer present, please provide the following details from the machine’s type plate:
- Model designation of the system,
- KA No./Com. No./Machine No. of the system, and
- Year of manufacture of the system.
If necessary, your electronic spare part will be individually pre-configured or programmed for you.
If required, our on-site service team will assist you with installation.
If you receive programmable or configurable electrical spare parts, we will, in many cases, carry out the work for you. Frequency converters, for example, are programmed for your machine before dispatch. During this process, known as parameterisation, the information you have provided to us is entered and checked. Should you encounter any problems during installation, our service engineers will be happy to assist you on site.
