Cutlery cleaning using the HDS process

With the BRA 1200 and 2500 cutlery cleaning systems, you can perform cleaning, rinsing, disinfection, drying and polishing of your cutlery in a single operation. From teaspoons to soup ladles, all items are ready for immediate use after a single cycle – with minimal staff involvement and high efficiency. Depending on the model, the machines process between 2,000 and 5,000 pieces of cutlery per hour, making them ideal for large volumes in commercial kitchens. The result: hygienically clean, spotlessly dried cutlery – with no need for manual polishing.

The basis for this is the HDS process (hydromechanical three-stage process), which optimally combines cleaning, rinsing and drying. In the first stage, the cutlery is thoroughly cleaned using a specially developed, energy-saving detergent. This is followed by automatic rinsing and disinfection with fresh water. In the final stage, the cutlery is completely dried and polished in heated drying granulate.

Scratches, scuffs, limescale, rust, corrosion: over time, cutlery inevitably shows more and more signs of wear and tear. To save you having to replace each piece of cutlery at great expense, we have developed the trowapast process. A special abrasive powder, combined with water and polishing media, removes stains and scratches, restoring your cutlery, candlesticks, napkin rings and all your stainless steel and silver kitchen accessories to their former immaculate shine.
