If using a larger Trowal system is not economically viable, the E5 Table-top barrel unit offers the ideal solution for deburring and grinding work – particularly for small workpieces from the optical and precision engineering industries. The double-conical bell-shaped housing generates intense rotation, thereby ensuring optimum grinding results.
The machine is mounted on a sturdy sheet steel frame with four pedestal bearings. The drum bodies are secured to a drive roller and a running roller using locking rings. Made from polyurethane and fitted with a watertight quick-release lid, the drum body is designed for reliable operation.
Optionally, two further bell-shaped bodies can be connected. These are driven via a roller system, the speed of which can be continuously adjusted by means of a three-phase motor. The protective cover is available with a safety switch on request.
