Efficient mass finishing using the two-batch principle

With a TT...A/2C series centrifugal finishing system, you can process your workpieces particularly quickly and achieve a sustained increase in productivity. Whilst one batch is being separated on the screening machine, the next can already be prepared in the centrifugal hopper. The two-batch principle significantly reduces downtime and is ideal for automated processes.

For applications with longer processing times and short separation cycles, a tandem system is recommended. This configuration features two working hoppers, but only one intermediate buffer and one screening machine. The hoppers are emptied alternately, saving you time, space and investment costs.
