Processing and Separation – Ensuring a Smooth Vibratory Polishing Process

The CF series circular vibratory finishing machines are just right for you if you’re looking for a straightforward introduction to mass finishing: the seven models, with different tank sizes, offer you high efficiency and maximum cost-effectiveness. The CF circular vibratory finishing machines are easy to operate and can be enhanced with accessories, such as those for sound insulation or dosing.

Your workpieces are processed optimally in the working tank with its gently rising floor; this is because the maintenance-free vibration flange motor operates at two different speeds. Thanks to the pneumatically operated separation flap and the long separation zone, you can then gently separate your workpieces from the abrasive – resulting in a smooth vibratory finishing process with excellent results.
