Precise fine grinding of complex workpieces

MV multi-vibratory finishing machine

The finishing touch for complex shapes

If you wish to fine-grind or polish workpieces with contours that are difficult to access, the MV series multi-vibratory finishing machines are the ideal solution. The workpieces are secured either electromagnetically or mechanically and processed using vibrating abrasive media and special fluids – ensuring a uniform finish on both internal and external surfaces.

Three high-speed unbalanced drives, adjustable in both position and direction of rotation, generate extremely small vibration amplitudes and ensure the highest surface finish, even in hard-to-reach areas. Fine ridges remain undamaged, contours are preserved, and even small-diameter bores can be machined internally.

After machining, the abrasive media are removed via an optional pneumatic outlet at the base of the tank, which is operated by manual control or a PLC. In fully automatic operation, the machine stops before the outlet opens, completely empties the working tank into a feed trolley and then restarts. This eliminates the need for manual intervention, allowing the operator to carry out set-up work at the same time. Tanks with a pneumatic outlet also feature a sieve outlet through which process water drains off during machining.

The largest model, the MV 50, allows for a fully automatic machining process: after emptying and changing workpieces, the abrasive media are automatically returned via a hopper and conveyor belt system, so that the process can restart immediately.

  • High reproducibility
  • Uniform grinding pattern
  • Suitable for 24-hour operation
  • Minimal set-up and non-productive times thanks to the electromagnetic clamping device
  • Pneumatic container outlet for rapid abrasive media discharge
  • Fully automatic machining process with automatic abrasive refilling

View into the work tank with clamping device

Three individually adjustable unbalanced drives set the working chamber – and thus the mass of the abrasive media – into vibration – a highly effective machining method for your complex workpieces.

To ensure particularly quick set-up and clean-up, your workpieces are secured to a magnetic plate – save on set-up and non-productive time with the electromagnetic clamping system.

Bespoke manufacturing for every type of workpiece – we tailor the mechanical clamping system to your requirements.
