Continuous processing machines for cost-effective mass production

With the AV Series continuous processing machines, you can process large quantities continuously without having to interrupt the vibratory finishing process to load new workpieces. The trough-shaped working tank enables the efficient processing of particularly robust small and medium-sized mass-produced parts, such as stamped or die-cast components, as well as large-volume components such as oil pans or cylinder head covers.

Thanks to their continuous operation, AV systems can be easily integrated into fully automated vibratory finishing processes and enable straightforward material handling without the need for workpiece batch loading.
