Tunnel belt drying for non-contact processes

With the BF-HL belt dryer, you can dry your workpieces using hot air without any physical contact. This process is particularly suitable for delicate parts that must not come into contact with one another, for workpieces with narrow bores, and for long and bulky components.

The workpieces are continuously transported through a heated drying tunnel on a fine-mesh wire belt – optionally made from high-quality V4A stainless steel. The temperature and belt speed can be adjusted continuously. A high-pressure air knife is available as an option to blow away residual water prior to the drying process, as is an extension of the conveyor belt for more convenient loading and unloading.
