Vibratory dryer for safe and efficient workpiece processing

In the G-Series dryers, your workpieces are set in motion and gently circulated together with the drying medium by means of vibration. The heated medium draws moisture out of the workpieces. At the same time, the relative movement between the workpiece and the medium provides additional surface polishing.

Thanks to the helical-shaped rise of the drum without a ramp, your workpieces are handled with particular care. The heating power can be adjusted continuously; the heating unit, with its replaceable heating elements, is mounted separately from the vibrating section. As an option, the dryers can be fitted with a dust extraction system to keep the working environment clean.

A rubber-lined feed hopper mounted on the side allows for easy integration with an upstream vibratory finishing machine. The pneumatically operated screening device also facilitates integration into existing processes – in both batch and continuous operation.

Areas of application

G vibratory dryers are primarily ideal for the gentle drying of workpieces after mass finishing and, thanks to the relative movement with the drying medium, also enable additional polishing of the surfaces.
