With a ZM basket centrifuge, you get a robust and easy-to-use system for cleaning up to 1,000 litres of process water per hour. Up to 14 litres of sludge can be separated per cycle; the sludge basket is removed and emptied manually. The system is fitted with a PLC for semi-automatic operation.
Depending on your requirements, the ZM basket centrifuge is available in two versions. The ZM 03-ECO 1 is ideal for standard applications on a single vibratory finishing machine or as a stand-alone solution. For use with two to three vibratory finishing machines, the ZM 03-FL is the right choice. Application-specific options, such as a pump station or a recooling unit, can be added as required.
