With a trough vibratory finishing machine from the TFM series, you get a robust and cost-effective vibratory finishing machine for processing large workpieces and, where required, delicate ones too. As well as delivering excellent finishing results, it is particularly impressive due to its low purchase price. The working tank is available with an optional rubber lining.
TFM vibratory finishing machines feature U-shaped working tanks with straight walls, which can optionally be fitted with a wedge profile to improve mass circulation. Powerful vibration base motors generate the necessary imbalance in the trough vibratory finishing machine. Depending on the size, one or two unbalance exciters are used.
The smaller sizes in the series are fitted with a reinforced working trough, a more powerful drive and an acid-resistant lining. This makes them ideal for ball polishing and pressure deburring using steel media.
